Privacy Policy – Dosewave

Dosewave is a GLP-1 therapy tracking app for Apple platforms. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

1. Not Medical Advice

Dosewave is for personal tracking and education only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care. Always talk to a qualified healthcare professional about your therapy.

2. What We Collect

What you enter in the app

• Shots, weight, nutrition, water, symptoms, care notes, goals, and reminder settings.
• Optional progress photos and a display name, if you add them.
• Feedback you send from the app.

Apple services (optional or automatic)

• iCloud: If iCloud is enabled on your device, your data syncs through Apple’s services. Dosewave has no separate login or account to create.
• Apple Health: Only if you turn it on and grant permission in Settings.
• Notifications: Scheduled on your device when you enable reminders.
• Subscriptions: Apple tells us whether Dosewave Pro is active. Apple handles payment—we do not see card numbers.

Basic usage

We keep simple usage info (for example app version and how often features are used) to improve the app. We do not sell personal information and we do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide logging, charts, reminders, sync, widgets, exports, and other app features.
• To manage subscriptions and respond to support or feedback.
• To comply with law when required.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Where Your Data Is Stored

Your health logs are stored on your device and, when iCloud is enabled, in your private iCloud space through Apple.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your data. Information is shared only:

• With Apple (iCloud, Health, App Store, notifications) to run features you enable.
• When you export or share a PDF, CSV, photo, or backup file.
• If required by law.

6. Your Choices

• Turn off Apple Health, notifications, or iCloud features in your device Settings.
• Change or delete data in the app, or use account deletion in Settings.
• Manage iCloud data in your device’s iCloud settings.

7. How Long We Keep Data

Your logs stay until you delete them or delete your account. Subscription and support records are kept only as long as needed to run the app and meet legal obligations.

8. Children

Dosewave is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. We will post changes here and update the date above. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
